| Beach Park | In the heart of Beach Park, the streets are lined with grand oak trees, and impressive homes. It is the closest neighborhood to Westshore Mall, Tampa International Airport, I-275, and the Howard Franklyn Bridge. Home sites within central Beach Park are available, but are becoming increasingly scarce. There are opportunities throughout this area as the side streets fill in with new homes. |
Sunset Park | The best opportunity to be on waterfront lies within the Sunset Park area. It follows the western coast of the South Tampa peninsula. In addition to the waterfront sites, the surrounding side streets are very popular for new home construction. Convenient shopping, and access to both the Howard Frankland and Gandy bridges have drawn numerous new homeowners to the neighborhood. | Hyde Park | The focal point of Hyde Park is the historic shopping district, where you will find well known national stores, adjacent to numerous small boutiques. Architectural requirements maintain the style of this turn of the century, victorian community. Many of the homes feature long wide front porches. Located along the northeastern coast of the South Tampa peninsula, many of the homeowners can walk to the bay. | Palma Ceia / New Suburb Beautiful | The prestigious Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club is centrally located in Palma Ceia. Many of the homes surrounding the country club and golf
course are over a million dollars. Much of the heart of Palma Ceia has been rebuilt, however there are numerous sites in the surrounding area
that are available, and are filling in with new construction very quickly. The New Suburb Beautiful area is adjacent to Palma Ceia and is also
mostly rebuilt with large homes, but there are still opportunities in and near the New Suburb Beautiful area. | Bayshore Beautiful | Bayshore Boulevard is georgeous! It borders the east coast of the South Tampa peninsula from Gandy Boulevard to Davis Island. It is very popular with people walking, jogging and biking. Many of the homes fronting Bayshore Boulevard are mansions. The side streets in the first block from the coast are also filling up with estate size homes. Much of the new construction is occurring in the second block from the bay where there are numerous opportunities for new home growth. | Ballast Point and Shell Point Area | Ballast Point covers the area south of Gandy Blvd. to McDill Air Force Base. Other than a few estate homes near the water, and the Tampa Yacht Club, much of this area has yet to have been rebuilt. There are many new homes under construction in the first couple of blocks from the bay. Prices drop steadily as you move away from the water and the newer construction. | Highland Park | A brand new community in NW Hillsborough county on Race Track Road, featuring a 64 acre lake, large parks, brick streets, upscale shops and restaurants.
